Authentic Oyster trip with a guide
The vast expanses of the Wadden Sea offer a wealth of unique and fantastic nature experiences. Perhaps the most intense and sensually challenging is the oyster. At low tide, huge oyster beds around the Wadden Sea are drained. The many tonnes of Pacific oysters found in these beds give us all the opportunity to pick one of the world’s most exquisite delicacies, directly from the Danish World Heritage Site – The Wadden Sea.
From October to April, you can go on a guided oyster trip throughout the Wadden Sea. With a competent and local guide, you walk across the water at low tide and feel one with the infinite nature. The oysters can be eaten on site or taken back to the terrace at Marsk Camp, where they can be cooked over a campfire in a multitude of different and delicious ways.
